City of Dreams Mediterranean, (Casino) Limassol
City of Dreams Mediterranean is the Cyprus’ first integrated resort, the only one of its kind in Europe, which is expected to be the largest and premier integrated destination resort in Europe. A world class development, a landmark for Cyprus but also for the wider region, the integrated resort enriches Cyprus’ tourism product.
Our company is involved in the project since 2020 with the construction of various parts of the resort which are based on steel structures.

Blanche Holdings Ltd is a private limited liability comany which belongs to the Hospital Line Group of companies. Their new Office Building is located in Latsia Nicosia.

BLUE CAFE, MOLOS, LIMASSOL
Blue Cafe (Nero Cafe) at Molos Limassol was built in 2019. The cafe is located at a well known area in Limassol where a lot of people gather.

PYLONES , PAFOS
Paphos has recently undertook a lot of reconstruction to renovate the old town. One of the works done, was the square in the center where they placed tall pillars for lighting. The erection was done overnight to avoid traffic and for health and safety of people passing by during the day.

WARGAMING BUILDING, NICOSIA
Wargaming building, an online game expert bought the “President” building located in the Demosthenes Severi Avenue, Nicosia. It is 75 meters high, with 450 tonnes of steel and it is covered by a large disk photo-voltaic panels.
This supertall building is unique in design and technology. The high quality steel used for the construction of its skeleton, its energy efficient structure, automation machines for energy reduction and its photo-voltaic system make “President” the first energy efficient building of A class in Cyprus.
The contractor was Panayides Contracting Public Ltd.

2013
OLD PORT
Old port project was completed in 2013. It is a project of 910 tonnes of steel. The traditional fishing port was turned into a place full of life, for both visitors and locals. There are 18 structures in total where trendy cafes and restaurants are located which gives a different and modern character of the old town of Limassol.
The structures constructed by Cyprometal are 18 in total. This is a commercial and a leisure project. Restaurants, cafes and bars are located in this area which gives It a different and modern character of the old town of Limassol.
2012
NEW PORT-PASSENGER TERMINAL, LIMASSOL
New port-passenger terminal in Limassol is a unique design of 7 Shells with 900 tonnes of steel, a project completed in 2012. The cladding is double standing seam with zinc.
This project, which received an Honorable Mention, is the result of an open competition for a new passenger ship terminal in the Mediterranean port city of Limassol, Cyprus.
